Property Manager, Sonia Love, is responsible for portfolio management and the full suite of associated tasks that accompany this, including client liaison, inspections, administration, dispute resolution, and legislative compliance.
With over 10 years experience in the industry Sonia is the consummate professional and is a confident, assured communicator who can quick establish rapport with her clients and position herself in a place of trust.
With a diverse background prior to real estate covering roles in trades, sales, finance, and hospitality; Sonia has an extensive skill set and knowledge that assists her to adapt quickly to changing situations, problem solve, strategise, and she is also highly organised.

Sonia is motivated by achieving the optimum result in every situation, 'knowing I have completed a task to the best of my ability and the outcome secured is positive for our clients, is my work oxygen, it keeps me driven and focused to continue to strive for excellence every day.

When not working Sonia keeps busy dog breeding, renovating, and is constantly 'on the go' you won't find her sitting around watching Netflix!
