Nicola's role consists of staff coordination, property listing and leasing, and liaising with property owners and tenants. Nicola also processes tenancy applications and attends routine inspections with the property managers.
With 12 years of experience as both an assistant property manager and property manager, Nicola brings strong organisation, negotiation, communication, and time management skills to the team. Her expertise and passion for the industry, in which she actively enjoys working, have contributed to her ongoing success.
Motivated by helping people and making finding their new home a positive experience, Nicola finds satisfaction in achieving a great outcome for tenants and landlords.
Outside working hours, Nicola loves going 4-wheel driving, spending time with her husband, daughter, and Border Collie, socialising with friends and family or settling in with a good book.
